Why Do We Sneeze?
"What makes us go achoo?"
💡 Simple Explanation
A sneeze is your nose's way of kicking out unwanted visitors! When something tickles the inside of your nose - like dust, pollen, or germs - special sensors send an urgent message to your brain: 'INTRUDER ALERT!' Your brain tells your chest, belly, and throat muscles to squeeze really hard. Then - ACHOO! Air blasts out at up to 100 miles per hour, carrying the annoying stuff with it. It's like your nose has a built-in launch button!
🎉 Fun Fact!
You can't sneeze with your eyes open - your body automatically closes them!
